Betegram is operated by Sports Lab Development Ltd, licensed by AOFA under licence number ALSI-202502034-FI2. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us the moment you register or place a bet.

Read them carefully. They set out the rules for your account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and conduct. By continuing to use the platform you confirm that you accept every clause below. If something here does not suit you, please stop using the service and contact our team.

Each player may hold a single account. One person, one account — no exceptions. Duplicate or linked accounts may be suspended, and any bonuses tied to them forfeited.

Keep your registration details accurate and current. You alone are responsible for the secrecy of your login, and any activity carried out under your credentials is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may ask you to re-confirm your details at any time. Providing false information can lead to closure and the voiding of related winnings.

Our promotions — welcome Freebets, deposit boosts, crypto Freebets, casino cashback, referrals and more — each carry their own specific rules published alongside the offer. Those specific rules take priority where they differ from this page.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, a Freebet expires seven days from the date you receive it. One bonus per person, household, device or shared network. Any attempt to game an offer through collusion, arbitrage or irregular betting patterns voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

We may amend, pause or withdraw a promotion at any time, and bonus funds are non-transferable.

All balances are held in euros (EUR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through U-topia, and you must use a payment method registered in your own name.

Before we release funds we verify your identity. Our Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require a government ID, proof of address or proof of payment, and we may request additional documents where the law or risk checks demand it. Withdrawals stay on hold until verification is complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a transaction linked to fraud, chargebacks, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

Play honestly. The use of bots, exploits, software manipulation or coordinated betting to gain an unfair edge is strictly forbidden, as is any attempt to interfere with our systems or odds.

We provide the service on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or for events voided due to obvious error in pricing or settlement.

You can close your account whenever you like by contacting support. Accounts left inactive for an extended period may be classed as dormant, and we may apply an administration fee in line with applicable rules; we will always try to notify you first.

Have a complaint? Reach us through Live Chat or email, and we will investigate and reply in writing. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate it to AOFA, our regulator.

These Terms are governed by the licensing framework under which AOFA authorizes us. We may update this page from time to time; the version posted here is always the one in force, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and wager with us. Where your local law sets a higher age, that higher age applies.

Are you legally permitted to gamble where you live? That is your responsibility to confirm. We do not accept players from territories where online wagering is prohibited, and we may block access, decline bets or close accounts where we reasonably believe the law requires it.

You agree to act in your own name only. Registering on behalf of another person, or as part of a business, syndicate or automated service, is not allowed.
